Undoubtedly the favourite. This legend of a dish has been a must-have forever. The Keema Bati is an unleaved bread stuffed with our secret mix of mutton keema, spices, dry fruits and baked. It is served with a Mutton Gravy to nicely soften the hard shell and is topped with copious amounts of ghee to elevate the flavours.

Laal Maas
Our Signature dish, Laal Maas literally means Red Mutton which is a meat curry from the kitchen of Rajasthan. The curry is prepared in a sauce of yogurt and hot spices such as red Mathania chillies.
